Financial Modelling

A financial model is crucial to most business decisions. Whether you are reviewing cashflow and working capital management, assessing an acquisition or disposal, raising debt or equity or simply planning commercially a set of projections should be at the heart of the process.

Forecasts and projections should include an integrated profit and loss, cashflow and balance sheet and be based on robust and well-reasoned underlying commercial assumptions that can be sensitised as required.

We will work with you throughout the process to understand your business and to build a user-friendly model that is tailored to your needs. The model will enable you to assess the financial strength of your business, the impact of the opportunities and challenges you face and the strategic decisions you are looking to take.

Typically, our models will be built in Excel, but we also use products such as Futrli due to the functionality with Xero.
