DRG roll out CCH OneClick document management system

At DRG, we are constantly evaluating the latest technology on the market to help offer our clients the best-in-class systems for their needs.

 

Our software and systems need to deliver a secure, efficient environment that helps our clients remain compliant as well as having easy access to essential up-to-date information to support good decision making.

Therefore, our document management portal will be upgraded to the CCH OneClick Document Management System this coming November, which will gradually be rolled out to our clients.

Secure cloud-based tools

CCH OneClick is a secure set of cloud-based tools that can be accessed from any device, wherever you are in the world. It will give you instant access to your documents and allow you to share sensitive data with us securely. Documents can be approved from your mobile. CCH OneClick is GDPR compliant and ready for the requirements of Making Tax Digital (MTD).

Why have we chosen CCH One Click?

CCH OneClick is part of the CCH central suite of products, from Wolters Kluwer, that we have already been using for many years internally for practice management, corporation and personal tax work.

CCH OneClick provides a set of tools delivered through two connected cloud workspaces (the Advisor Workspace and the Client Workspace) and through full integration we can ensure that all information is stored securely and is immediately accessible.

The Advisor Workspace connects us to a range of cloud tools which open up the software to other systems, such as Xero, Sage and Quickbooks, which will complement and enhance CCH’s functionality.

The Client Workspace will give you instant, secure access to all the documents, files and compliance output that we share, together with secure messaging and document approval.

The Document Centre in the Client Workspace builds into a secure, online library which will enable us to work together even more efficiently.
